Phase II brings new construction and a revitalized waterfront.

Already a hub of activity, the Fairport canalfront itself will soon undergo its own renovation, with plans for a walking path and small boat lunch right outside the front doors of The Banks of Roselawn West now underway. That’s not all. Coming soon, Phase Two of The Banks of Roselawn West includes repurposing the former central office building into mixed use retail space with a small number of additional apartments, providing residents the convenience of coffee, drinks, dining, and entertainment just steps from their front door.
